Chest

• Measure under the arms at the fullest part around the bust/chest horizontally.

Waist

• Measure around the natural waistline

Inside Leg

• Measure from the top of the inside leg and measure down the inside leg to the floor

Ensure you do not pull the tape measure too tight. This must sit flat on the body without indenting the skin. If unsure, slip 2 fingers under when you join the tape measure and take this reading.
