GN Pro Performance Cricket Bat
Description
We know cricket and we know cricketers. Therefore we know how important trust is in their game. With the Pro Performance bat in the Classic collection, we have created a cricket bat that all players will be able to put their trust in to allow them to perform time after time. You will be able to focus solely on your skills – the bat will take care of the rest.
Carrying over from 2018, the Pro Performance bat is everything you’d expect from Gray-Nicolls; timeless design, elegant details, classy performance. The traditional checker sticker design on the front of the bat with the iconic red flash of the Gray-Nicolls sticker. The Pro Performance sticker has been streamlined to further add to the stripped back beauty of this piece of willow.
A mid-blade profile ensures the bat performs for all style of batsman, whether that’s front foot or back. The Pro Performance bat offers a sustained sweet spot across the blade, giving fantastic value for shots all around the ground, with a balanced pick-up and slightly off-set profile catering for all levels and abilities. The Pro Performance also comes with 1 inch shorter blade than the rest of our full-size bats.
Made with the most beautiful English Willow with multiple, tightly packed grains, hand-crafted by Gray-Nicolls' master bat makers, and quality checked in Robertsbridge before despatch, the Classic Pro Performance is - simply put - the iconic Gray-Nicolls cricket bat.

Common Questions
How do I care for my bat?
We recommend knocking your cricket bat in before use. You should also add a layer of linseed oil if your bat does not come fitted with an Extratec sheet. Store your bat in a dry place when not in use.
See our blog on how to care for your new cricket bat including tips on adding linseed oil and replacing scuff sheets here.
How do I knock my bat in?
Using an old ball in a sock or a Deluxe Bat Mallet, hit the face of your cricket bat to condition the wood. You can also hit the edges of the bat with glancing blows, and gently hit the toe. You do not need to knock in the splice (top) of the bat.
What size bat do I need?
