HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once received our team will carefully assess your bat and review your requests/preferences before passing the bat onto our bat makers, taking the opportunity to liaise with you if any further details are required.

Applying the same skills, techniques and attention to detail as when your bat was first made, our bat makers here in our Robertsbridge factory will carefully apply the necessary work, which for all blade repair, refurbishment and adjustment services will include cleaning and redressing the blade with your choice of grips, labels and protective fittings.

Services typically take 5-10 days to work through, dependent on the time of year and type of work required, we do have priority processing options available.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The cost depends on the type of damage to your bat. A cosmetic service is as little as £30, while a bat can have a handle replaced with a full blade refurbishment for under £60.

We can help you keep your favourite bat going or maintain performance quality. It's always good to have a reliable spare in the kit bag, or maybe to use in the nets to prolong the life of a new bat.

You might also need to make some minor adjustments to your bat - a reduction in weight, or size to conform with the new ICC regulations. These can all be done by our team of experts.

If your bat can't be repaired, we’ll give you £25 towards a new 5* or higher bat through our site
